A house wash utilizes a soft washing process that combines safe pressure with cleansers to remove dirt, mildew, algae, rust stains and other contaminants from your home's exterior.

We recommend having your house washed at least once per year.  This provides consistent protection from harmful algae, mold and other contaminants that can damage your home's exterior materials and/or detract from the visible appeal.

A roof wash utilizes a soft washing process, similar to a house wash, combining a safe pressure with cleansers to eliminate moss, lichens and black streaks from your roof's surface.  This is performed with a very low pressure and either from the ground or a ladder to avoid damaging your roof.

The dark black streaks you see on your roof are an algae, known as gloeocapsa magma.  This algae actually eats away at the limestone filler in your shingles,  resulting in a dark residue.  This will reduce the life of your roof.  Thus, our roof wash is designed to eliminate the algae and remove the black streaks.

Each job will be unique.  Most residential jobs will be completed the same day, sometimes within a few hours; however, the time necessary to effectively clean will be dependent on factors such as, the size of the surface and the amount of buildup.  We take pride in the quality of our work, so we will work on your property until we can deliver the bet results possible.

Our services are priced based on several factors, such as the square footage, the scope of the work, job materials and chemicals needed.  We can generally provide an estimate via phone by asking a few questions and utilizing satellite measuring technology to measure.  For more complex jobs, we prefer an onsite consultation, which can be booked online, to discuss the options with the the client. 

No, for your convenience, it is not necessary for you to be home.  We only ask that you ensure your windows are close, personal items are removed from the areas to be cleaned and you provide access to a working water spigot.

For most pressure washing services, we can work in the rain.  For paver sealing, we can perform the cleaning aspect in the rain, but the sealer application requires temperatures > 55°F and no rain.  If the weather prohibits us from completing your services, we will reschedule.
